Lake Martin Builders is a family-owned residential construction company specializing in custom homes and thoughtfully built properties throughout the Lake Martin area. Founded in 2017 by Ted Watts Jr., our company is backed by more than 30 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, development, and real estate.
Building is a family tradition. Today, Ted is joined by his daughter Ashley Rowe and his son Ben Watts,. Together, they represent the fourth generation of a family rooted in building and craftsmanship.
Our team combines hands-on experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality with a personal approach to every project. From planning through completion, our philosophy is simple: we build homes like they’re our own.
